New Ground Transportation Policy

As of June 18, 2016, the Phoenix City Council approved the City Ordinance to modernize Sky Harbor’s ground transportation policy. The new City Ordinance incorporating the Ground Transportation Policy changes, Airport Rule & Regulation 08-01, and the AVI Trip Tracking Methodology are now available online at the following links:
